Skyline Community Action Program
Skyline CAP is Greene’s action agency. The agency provides programs and services to low income residents with the goal of eliminating poverty and increasing their self-sufficiency.
Skyline’s Greene office is located in the Law Building on Ford Avenue in Stanardsville and the staff can be reached at 985-6066. Skyline’s main office is located in Madison. For more information, call (540) 948-2237.
Social Services
The Greene County Department of Social Services provides for a wide variety of services for children and adults in need.
Director James Howard administers the numerous programs under the direction of the Greene County Social Service Board, which is composed of three residents form the county appointed by the Greene County Board of Supervisors.
The DSS is located at 10009 Spotswood Trail. For more information, call 985-5246
