Rapidan Service Authority
The Rapidan Service Authority (RSA) operates and maintains water and sewer systems in various portions of Greene County as well as Orange and Madison Counties.
The RSA offices are located on U.S. 33 in Ruckersville and the General Manager, Dudley Pattie, manages the operations and reports to the RSA Board, which has representation from Greene County through two members appointed by the Greene County Board of Supervisors.
