One quarter left: Virginia 14, Virginia Tech 14 (4th Qtr.)

Sorry, but watching college kids do the Hokie Pokie seems weird. Virginia Tech certainly has some odd traditions, but at least they have traditions. ... Virginia Tech has 21 first downs. Virginia has just 10 thus far. ... I can think what it will feel like talking about Hokie running back Darren Evans in three years. This guy is a freak. He may smash ACC records. ... Virginia punter Jimmy Howell has received his weekly dose of work today. The rookie will need the Christmas break to rest his leg. ... Chase Minnifield has returned punts today for Virginia. That was needed with the extra work given to Vic Hall in the “Vic Cat” formation.
