Oxford Super Regional: Virginia wins “one” early

OXFORD, Miss. - Virginia will be the road team today, which is natural in a Super Regional. The Cavaliers (46-12-1) will be the home team on Saturday, another normality in this round.
What about Sunday?
The Cavaliers won an coin flip Thursday night and will be the home team in that game too, should the contest be played. Tails never fails.
Yes, it is worth noting in baseball as the final at-bat often impacts the way teams handle the final inning. It also means that Ole Miss could spend the final two games in this Super Regional in a dugout that it rarely spends time in. That, according to coaches in the ACC, is a big deal.
Also, former Washington Nationals GM Jim Bowden was pulled from the ESPN broadcast for reasons I could not uncover. Bowden, who drafted former Wahoo Ryan Zimmerman, was slated to handle color duties with the ESPN2 boradcast today.
