Charlottesville Woman is a quarterly magazine for the vibrant, talented women who make Central Virginia their community. Like many women's magazines, Charlottesville Woman is about the fun stuff - fashion and beauty, green living, wellness, and work-life balance. But it's also about recognizing the great work women do in Charlottesville and finding ways to get active in the community.
Terry Karnes-Editor in Chief
Terry has been in journalism since her first taste while at college in Virginia Tech. She's done just about every job there is to do in newspapers and magazines for the past 15 years and still loves waking up each morning and doing it all again. This mother of two enjoys meeting Charlottesville's super women each day.
Bethany Soliven-Art Director
Bethany not only remembers everyone's birthday, she owns a postage scale for assembling the perfect care packages. For this paradise-loving Hawaii native, who came to the "mainland" to get her degrees in Journalism & Print Media and Graphic Design, it's all about the little things.
