happy halloween!

My Halloween ritual: get up super early and take in a horror flick with a bowl of ice cream for breakfast. While I’d rather spend the day on the downtown mall, we’re definitely in the holiday spirit here at Charlottesville Woman with this epic playlist, courtesy of SeeqPod playable music search, and a giant basket of Milk Maid caramels, courtesy of my mom. Tonight? You’ll find us roaming the streets with teeny trick-or-treaters before dark, then we’re off to take in a few flicks at the film festival. In costume, of course, thanks to my mom who made me this red riding hood and skirt, complete with vintage crinoline petticoat.
