Mr. Jefferson’s Kitchen
A new PBS cooking show called “A Taste of History” reawakened the kitchen at Monticello, preparing some of Thomas Jefferson’s favorite meals on Tuesday, July 21, 2009. Monticello officials believe it was probably the first time the kitchen was used in over 100 years.
