Oh what a tangled web we’ve woven

As if blasting your neighbor with 7.62 millimeter projectiles at high rates of speed because traffic was going to slow wasn't bad enough, a Salvadoran living in San Francisco has suddenly became the poster child for forces opposed to undocumented aliens. It seems the man is an illegal immigrant who managed to avoid deportation despite previous brushes with the law. Police the man is a member of the Mara Salvatrucha gang, known as MS-13.

Drink and be merry for if you eat, you may die

We are scared to death of dying from eating the food we buy and that fear is causing us to purchase less, according to the Associated Press. Apparently outbreaks of e. coli and salmonella are helping Americans diet in ways that Jenny Craig never thought of. Good thing, too, or we'd all be getting contaminated food in the mail in littl, pre-packaged servings.

Today, motorists around Virginia will likely share the road with approximately three times the number of motorcycle riders than on the average day, says the AAA. Scooter riders will also be out in force as they will be participating this year in greater numbers due to the flood of scooter popularity for those who wish to have an affordable, gas sipping" mode of transportation.
