A Great Day to be in Line

Supporters and opponents of President Bush stood in line together to get tickets for the Fourth of July event at Monticello with nary a smidgen of violence or anger directed at each other. Considering the length of the line and the width of the wait, it proves that Americans are a classy group of decent folks, at least in Central Virginia.

It’s a Constitutional Right

The Peaceys are figuring out a new attack plan to protest the President's presentation at Monticello's July 4 celebration. Monticello plans to limit to 1,000 the number of people from the general public who can attend the July 4 Independence Day Celebration and Naturalization Ceremony and the Peacers plan on standing in line to get as many of those 1,000 tickets as possible.
