By The Way….
While I was ranting and raving about freakin’ chicken-snit terrorists stooping so low as to use the mentally retarded as walking time bombs, I missed out on these two announcements from the Department of Defense:
Cpt. Michael A. Norman, 36, of Killeen, Texas, died Jan. 31 in Baghdad, Iraq. He died of wounds he received when an improvised explosive device blew up his vehicle. He was assigned to the Military Transition Team, 1st Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, Fort Riley, Kan.
and…
1st Lt. David E. Schultz, 25, of Illinois, died Jan. 31 of wounds suffered when the Convoy Support Center at Scania, Iraq, was attacked by indirect enemy fire—also known as a mortar round or artillery shell. He was assigned to the 3rd Squadron, 73rd Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, N.C.
