Marvin Mills (Monticello) and Quintin Hunter (Orange) give the Jefferson a pair of first team defensive backs, while Wheeler Young (Monticello) and Eric Jewell (Orange) give the Jefferson a pair of first team offensive linemen. Broad Run (12-1), who plays Chancellor in a Div. 4 state semifinal Saturday, almost sweeps the big awards, with only Brud Bicknell’s Div. 3 coach of the year honor preventing a Broad Run wash.
