Some bumping out on Plank Road and Miller School Road has traffic jammed out there. A two-car crash on U.S. 250 inbound at Battlefield Ford in the right lane. No injuries are reported. Also, they’ve opened the ramp from I-64 westbound to Route 20 after a morning wreck shut it down. Virginia State Police are investigating the wreck. Preliminary reports indicate there may have been a fatality, but that has not been confirmed by troopers.


Plank Road at Miller School Road: Crash. Traffic is stopped.

U.S. 250 westbound at Battlefield Ford: Two-car crash. No injuries.

I-64 westbound at Route 20: Reopened A crash had blocked the exit ramp from I-64 to Route 20.

U.S. 29 from Lovingston to Madison: Nothing reported.

U.S. 33 from Stanardsville to Louisa: Nothing reported.

U.S. 15 from Madison to Buckingham: Nothing reported.

Route 20 from Orange to Scottsville: Nothing reported.

You are warned: Albemarle County Police Department, with help from the Albemarle County Sheriff’s Office are finishing up Operation Seminole Trail Slowdown, focusing additional ticket-writing and traffic enforcement U.S. 29 from Rio Road to Proffit Road.
