Because that’s what Wednesday against Rockbridge was for a Lee squad that has been dominant in dual matches all season long. Then again, as coach C.J. VanDevander said, dual matches aren’t about finishing undefeated, they’re used a gauge to see where you’re at.
But if the Leemen’s final dual performance before the post season is any indication, it’s time the Leemen start bringing their A game back to the mat because, with Saturday ‘s Southern Valley Meet at Stuarts Draft coming up, time to get their heads back on straight is a luxury the Leemen don’t have.

Now that’s something we can all agree with. Another thing we can all agree on is, when it comes to inteviewing wrestlers, prepare yourself for a long quiet conversation that may have you doing most of the talking.
That’s the way of the world for this quiet breed of athlete that perfers to do it’s talking with half-nelsons and bear hugs, not chest thumping and posing.
