At the Siegel Center ... again

Why watch fuzzy ants running around on court (by this, of course, we man a Webcast) when you can follow along the game right here and use your mind’s eye to picture what is going on?

Exactly. But I digress.

Coach Chad Coffey said his Bison came down Wednesday night and the girls, along with their coach look chipper and relaxed.

“Good morning, sir,“ Coffey said as we walked to the media room here to the Siegel which, by the way, is well stocked with snack mix and an endless supply of Mountain Dew with, as you all know, is not as good as Fresca but a great source for a sports writer looking for a sugar buzz at, oh, I don’t know, 10:30 in the a.m.

You know the drill. Comment on the blog or e-mail me with questions and I’ll do my best to get them answered right here on the blog. Keep coming back.

So, with 21 minutes left on the pregame clock the Buffalo Gap girls just took the court and going through their warmups. They were greeted by a small spattering of applause from the group that made the trip from Swoope. The Gap fans have taken up residence behind the Buffalo Gap bench on the south side of the court (left side of you computer screen).

But this place, for the most part, looks generally empty. But we can only assume that will change as gametime draws near (now 18 minutes to gametime).
