Child porn sentence scheduled

A Stuarts Draft man will learn his sentence tomorrow for 97 child pornography production convictions.

Scott E. Forrester faces a possible maximum sentence of 1,150 years in prison. He was arrested April 7 at his mother’s home on December Drive in Waynesboro for taking photos of a toddler and a 17-year-old girl. He distributed nine images online — appearing himself in one — and was charged with possessing 67 others.

Authorities found about 29,000 in Forrester’s possession, resulting in the most child porn charges ever pressed in Augusta County.
