“The Grey”

After not getting home from Raleigh until 3:30 this morning, I’m still trying to get my bearings. I keep hearing wolves in my head.

Those sound effects at the RBC Center that they play for the Wolfpack are pretty cool, but after seeing that new Liam Neeson movie, “The Grey” on Friday night, there was a little bit of an overload there for me.

Anybody else see that movie yet?

I kinda liked it, but the three people I went with weren’t big fans.

Spoiler alert

My fiance Bri Bri didn’t like that there wasn’t a happy ending, but come on—she knew going in that it was a movie about a plane crash in which the survivors get hunted down by wolves.

I think if you like action movies, you’ll like “The Grey.“ Liam Neeson has really found his niche in Hollywood. Enough of these chick-flick “Love Actually” kind of roles. Just kick some butt and then talk some trash about it. That’s where you fit in best in this world.

By the way, how did Virginia only score four baskets in the second half last night, get outrebounded by 17 and still win?
