Taxpayer march on Washington

About 250 Shenandoah Valley residents boarded six different buses as early as 6 a.m., riding in a morning fog to descend upon the nation’s capital with tens of thousands of people from across the country to provide President Obama and Congress with the signs of what they hope will be a deep — and conservative — awakening.
